I want to use baby food jars instead of cooked carrots for a carrot muffin recipe. How would you convert the numbers? How many carrots per jar? I know the jars include some water, so would I also decrease the liquid in the recipe? How much?
ETA- this happens to be for a pesach recipe, in case it makes a difference, but my question would apply for any recipe.
