I haven’t slept in the last 2 weeks. I only fall asleep after 3 or 4 am.

Yup. Same. Its now 2:20 am in israel. Got into bed at 1. Read for a bit, closed the light, lay there, now, I left my room and am on my phone. Last night I fell asleep at 5 am. Its been rough.
All day im busy. At night, I lie doen and my brain wakes up. Its terrible
