Their is a family on my street where at least 2 family members have tested positive for covid 19 and the rest of them don’t seem to be taking the quarantine very seriously. I have seen them in the streets shmoozing with others , at school to pick up lunches , and even in the store . Would you say something ?

Call your/their Rav.
Clearly that are lucky and their family members are not on ventilators, but this is serious and pikuach nefesh.

The mother is in the hospital . You would think they understand how serious it is. Not 100% sure what shul they daven at but I guess I can ask them next time they walk by
