Yea, I haven't figured that out in all my years. Best is Easy Off that sits a bit on it, and a really heavy hand. But it's toxic, you need an empty home protective gear and windows open, and I try not to use it and don't keep it in the house. I got off the speckles but there are some spots between the outside glass and inside glass that I don't think I'll ever be able to figure out how to reach.
