Any good ideas for what to serve second days ?? I’m running out of ideas thanks

London broil over a big colorful leafy salad
Sliced chicken cutlets over salad with roasted sweet potato and roasted beets
Pickled tongue
Corned beef
Crispy crumb chicken cutlets (snack bags whizzed for crumbs)

I purposely made or will make 4 fancy meats
Tongue, Brisket, lamb roast, Veal riblets
I mix and match roasted veggies
Zucchini
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Brussel Sprouts
Eggplant
Potato
Sweet Potato
Plantain
And pair this off with some quinoa

I also mix and match salads
Green salad
Israeli
Heart of Palm
Beet
Carrot
Kohl Rabi
Matbucha
Guacamole
Babaganush
Tapanad

Fish ideas
Nut crusted Salmon
Fried tilapia
Ceviche
Lox

Beside the meats I make everything else fresh
Depending on leftovers

It’s only 3 of us, though
