No I’m pretty sure you have to do everything at home. But as far as I was taught, only a shower is Halacha.

No you can’t. But a rav can help you regarding the proper way to shower when you don’t have a bath.

Are the Mikva ladies checking people? I’d really prefer to go in and out without any human contact.

Not at all. They are being extremely cautious. I had zero human or non human contact. I wasn't ever within six feet of anyone the whole night. They are really doing a good job.

I went to the Mikva on New Hampshire. Did All prep at home. No shower or anything when I got there. Mikva lady didn’t check me. It was in and out and super quick.

Do I have to bring everything myself or can I use their supplies (I mean the disposable things like slippers, comb, not nail clippers or anything like that)

In the end I used that. I actually felt better using their towels for some reason.

Bring lots of gloves to change often and a bag to put your clothing in so it isn’t on surfaces.

Slippers and comb are thrown out once done and individually wrapped. so I’d assume those are fine.

Also bring wipes for any surfaces you may touch. Door knobs, car door when leaving, toilet if you have to use (I didn’t).
