I made a cookie dough with my kids, but it didn't come out that great. I wanted to make a pie for dessert-would it work to use the dough for a base?
It's a chocolate pie if that makes any difference.
TIA

You could probably do it as long as you blind baked the crust first, but that wouldn’t be my go to. The easiest / safest thing would be to bake the dough into cookies, then crumble the cookies for the crust. Take your cookie crumbs, mix with some butter or margarine, then press into the pie pan.
