Looking for nice everyday tops for big girls. I can't count on skirts/dresses being long enough, but tops should work.

She outgrew Tottini clothes. She's at the borderline of largest kids' size/smallest ladies' size and for some reason she is resistant to buying anything marketed for women. We even have a hard time finding long enough dresses in frum stores in the girls' section. Plus, she still wants to match her siblings. She can still wear Zara size 13-14 tops, not dresses. Sometimes I feel like she's a walking advertisement for Petit Clair because she loves their stuff, they have a teen section, and they work for her.
