Anyone ever cook frozen french fries on a hot plate? My oven is unavailable and I don’t want to fry them. Could I put them on a sheet pan on my very hot hot plate? Would they cook?

Why not directly on the hot plate with parchment paper? I “fried” frozen French fries on a griddle, which is similar to a hot plate, and it tasted delicious!
