Am I allowed to go swimming in a blow up pool with my kids today?

On the same train of thought, is bathing in the beach forbidden during only the 9 days, or the full 3 weeks? I always forget. Or is there a difference of opinion on this one?

It's probably not within the spirit of the law. Unless you have no ac and need it to cool off.
I personally wouldn't want to swim today. I'm too nervous of the days whole aura, I can't seem to think of the right word, but something to the effect that it's not a good time for swimming and the danger today perhaps.
