I have 7(!) overripe bananas sitting on my counter, calling to me forlornly, "Eat Us!"

As I do not like overripe bananas, I need some help brainstorming.

BESIDES banana cake, banana muffins, banana bread, or smoothies...any ideas? Include recipes, if applicable.

Please help me give these bananas a new lease on (their very limited) life!

Banana ice cream!
Freeze them then blend them until smooth. You can add peanut butter or chocolate if you want a different flavor!
