Eat animal protein, high fat dairy and low carb veg. Don’t eat sugar, grains, starches and fruit. That reversed my type 2 and retinopathy and is fully supported by many physicians specializing in diabetes.
It’s simple.
But if you have diabetes, you SHOULD put the work in, because that diagnosis is going to kill you or maim you if you don’t get on top of it.
