Try Next. It's not in Israel, but the prices are better and the shipping is faster.

Another vote for Next Direct. Just keep the total cost per order under $75 or else she'll have to deal with customs (as a non-Israeli she won't have to pay VAT but it might still be a hassle taking care of the paperwork, whereas if the order total is under $75 you avoid the issue entirely).
