I was wondering if this exists, is there any discounts/assistance that one can get at the kollel grocery on 13th ave?

They accept food stamps etc. It is one of the cheapest places in BP generally.

Masbia offers food packages and sometimes around holidays offers gift cards to redeem at certain groceries/takeouts. Same for Tomchei Shabbos, Oneg Shabbos, the JCC in BP and in Flatbush offers cards when one signs up a couple of months before pesach.
