I was just trying to type "hot dogs" and it kept autocorrecting to "got." This happens a lot, that a perfectly normal word will autocorrect to something else that doesn't even make sense in context.
Then there are the funny ones:
Purim autocorrects to Putin
Cholent to cholesterol
There are many more probably but I don't remember them.
What are yours?

Apps is changed to apples
Chanie is changed to Johnny, Honey, or Jeremy
Shidduch is changed to shrek or other words (inappropriate so not going to spell it out, but you can use your imagination)
Did is changed to dead
Many more but these come to mind ATM

Tuesday night I was trying to text "Reg" to PSEG,as per their prompt and auto-correct keep changing it to Ref, which would then elicit this message
"PSE&G: There was a problem with your message. Try again. Text HELP for help."
I have a power outage! I am trying to report it. Please auto-correct, please. Let me just send the message to PSEG to report the outage.
Ok, not funny, but definitely frustrating

My iPhone autocorrects “for” to “fir” every. Single. Time.
As if that’s the more common word.
I don’t think I’ve ever intended the word “fir” even once. Until now
