I tried signing up a while ago, the customer service is terrible and the Internet is full of complaints. You can't get ahold of a live person, only chat and it took forever to try and sort out the issues snd finally cancel the service.

The actual phone service was not bad. But their customer service is a NIGHTMARE. I finally disconnected.
