Is it possible to even find a shull or nothing is available because of coronavirus. He is in Jerusalem in har hatzofim.

Where has he been davening until now?
If he is involved with some programme, they might be able to help him.
I don't know what is available on Har HaTzofim, but he will almost certainly have to have a reserved seat at any minyan. Most neighbourhoods seem to be arranging outside minyanim, but there is a maximum limit on participants. Amd rumours of a complete lockdown over the chagim will further complicate matters.

Our shul had a sign up sheet with spots for the number of people allowed by law. I would think most shuls are doing that.
