Still too warm for tights in these parts.
In winter, I get very serviceable tights at the local SuperPharm.

If I had to wear tights I'd go with black.
(NY)
So far yesterday I did a long skirt and socks, day before that I did leggings. Today I'm not wearing anything, still in pjs.
It depends where you are though. Florida and California are different than NY or Canada. Not sure what the rules in Israel are.

In Israel it's still way too hot for black 
Global warming is real! I remember when it was always black tights starting succos...

Depends on the day. Over YT it was pretty warm so I wore nude but was definitely wearing black the week or two before.

I don’t want to wear an outfit that would go with black tights (ie: cashmere sweater and black skirt) in summer

Eh. Still in beige but once it starts hitting 65 degrees or lower in switching to black for the duration of the cold weather.
