Answers may differ depending on whether or not you have a fridge, microwave, hot pot or other appliances at work.

Thanks. There is a fridge; I think also a microwave but I never use a microwave- I don't have one at home and don't like using one. (If necessary I would.)

Cook quinoa add olives, diced red pepper, and feta cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Its really filling and very tasty!

I have this little electric pot (made by the Crock-Pot company) that you can heat whatever you want. I love to take soup for lunch. Its healthy and filling. You can also heat things like pasta, stew, veggies, you name it.

Cheese latkes is easy and can be eaten room temperature. Make a big patch. Freeze each separately wrapped in Saran wrap. Take out as needed. By the time you get to work it's ready to eaten.

My favorite inspiration is to Google "bento lunch". Get a box with cute little dividers, and have fun!

The possibilities are limitless. Very Happy

I like a salad with a protein. My basic is lettuce/spring mix/kale/spinach base. Tomatoes cucumbers sometimes pepper and purple onion. The I add wtvr I am in the mood:
Canned beans, chickpeas, hearts of palm, baby corn, sauteed mushrooms or eggplant. Fish, chicken (I cut up leftover chicken or shnitzel or steak sometimes) hard-boiled eggs, I make dressings and put in small dressing containers. I like vegetable sticks for a crunch. I also keep a small oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar at my desk in case I don't have another dressing. If you have a fridge you can get a couple salad mate ones and just put it on your salad (we keep a couple at work for everyone to share I just don't like mayonaise)

I used to have a co-worker who kept a sandwich maker in the office and made a different kind of of sandwich each day.

I also sometimes take leftover food from the night before.

It stays in my bag until lunch, which is 12:30. I make it at 8. It’s fine if it’s not refrigerated for those few hours

It’s not so bad for your weight as long as your careful the rest of the day Smile
I’m a very picky eater, and I don’t eat much during the day, as it is. Lunch is my main/ big meal

Tortilla wraps are great, but you have to make them in the morning, not the night before. You said no tuna, so that limits things a bit. There's mozarella wrap, egg wrap (scrambled or hard boiled), chicken. Add lettuce and other veggies you like. Bring dressing separately and pour on as you eat.

Maybe for some people but bagels to me are a ‘special occasion’ food like at a bris. They stick right to me
