Please share if younhave anything. Like a patty or simple fried thing to do with the leftover chicken (from chicken bones) in chicken soup.
Thank you

I sauté with onions and spices, mustard and put into wraps. Sometimes I add mushrooms.

Saute an onion, add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard to taste. Add shredded chicken to simmering sauce for about 5 minutes. Spoon over halved baguettes or kaiser rolls and serve.

You can make a tuna patty recipe but use the shredded chicken instead.

My mother made what she called chicken risotto. Sautee onions, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Add rice, chicken and either water or leftover chicken broth. Season to taste. Boil until rice is cooked and liquid has been absorbed.
We normally had on Monday evening.

I’ve mixed it with bbq sauce, spread over store-bought focaccia or flatbread and baked pizza style. You can squirt dressing from a bottle over it for extra flavor.

I really don't like boiled chicken and I love these:
You need the chicken and at least 1 package mini pizza dough rounds. Mash up the chicken either alone or with the cooked soup veggies, place 1 dollop on each pizza dough round, close up like kreplach or dumplings (half-moon shape), spray with Pam or similar and then sprinkle with everything bagel seed mix. I believe it's a Sarah Lasry recipe. The chicken mixture goes really far so I usually use 2 packages of pizza dough and I'm generally not left with too many, they are really good. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes I believe - just keep an eye on them to make sure they don't get too browned.

I out chicken bottoms in the chicken soup in a separate mesh bags from the bones.
I take it out after it cooks for an hour, and bake it plain. Sometimes freeze it and bake it on another day.
Sometimes take the onion from the soup and mix with mushrooms, honey and onion soup mix and bake in the mix.

I make kreplach. Grind the chicken with tons of fried onions. Fill wonton wrappers and sautee. Delicious!
You can also freeze before frying.
