My 12 year old needs a yeshiva where they have extra curricular and interesting learning besides Gemarah.
It needs to be a Chassidish Yeshiva, a very good and disciplined environment.

No drop outs, or half functional kids, or bums, etc.

We’re looking for a serious and strict environment, great staff and a great curriculum.
But catered to boys who don’t excel in Gemarah.

Does such a thing even exist?

His yeshiva is not what she’s looking for.

I want an all day learning program but by that I mean learning a bunch of different stuff, not just complicated gemarah.

I don’t want “lax” because that implies that it’s somewhat cool and a certain vibe if you know what I mean.

I want serious. My son is a great boy Bh, but has a hard time specifically with Gemarah.

Berry Weber's yeshiva is basically for OTD dropouts, struggling, or weak boys. Doesn't seem it's what OP is looking for.

I feel you. My son is turning 12. He’s actually brilliant and is great at Gemara etc. he just can’t handle the being in cheder from 7am to 6pm. And I don’t blame him one bit. It’s a lot. I’ve been loosing sleep over what will happen once we need a Yeshiva for him. I wish there was something for smart erlich boys that has some extra curricular activities like a ball game or some science experiments etc. but these things don’t exist in the chassidish world sadly.

Oir hachaim in bp is for these bucherim . It's not such a rigid long day . I believe they learn English too. It's for good bucherim from good homes . I have a nephew there
