There are a few brands that make low fodmap foods but not all items made by each band are kosher and I don't know if all of them have a decent hechsher. Just Google kosher low fodmap and you should find a list. Some brands include Fody, Schar, San-J. Enjoy Life is a company that makes allergy friendly snacks and they have a list of which of their items are low fodmap. Yummy snacks, chocolate, protein bars....
ETA Some of the brands mentioned here have sauces. Regarding pickles, I don't know if you can find them ready but I've seen recipes if you'd like to make them yourself. I also make lots of different soups, just Google low fodmap soup recipes and choose whatever sounds interesting.
