Can I apply the method from this recipe for brick roast to my Chuck eye Roast of the same weight?

I wouldn’t. Chuck needs to be braised (cooked on low in a sauce)

Ok thank you! Any good easy recipes? I've been doing the cranberry sauce and spice one for a while now, want to try something different
