I bought refurbished elph 360. I think it was 80$.
The elph 190 was about 20 cheaper.
But, its refurbished, if that suits you...

I've bought a few over the years and never had any issues with them. I only buy ones refurbished by the manufacturer and sold by the manufacturer, and with the same warranty as a new one. If something is going to go, it will likely go within 1 year. Stay away from refurbs with warranties of only 90 days or less, or that were done by anyone else.

Both links lead to the same site.
I've ordered two cameras from canon's refurbished department.
One was excellent.
The other one had issues, which like doctorima said, showed up quite soon.
Canon was very forthcoming, and replaced the camera.

I just bought 2 in the past month from eBay. Brand new and one open box but never used. Both came in perfect condition. The open box one I paid $68 for and the other$100. Worth checking
