I bought 10 pounds of potatoes to make side dishes and I'm looking for ideas that I can freeze. BESIDES for potato Kugel and knishes. Anyone have any ideas? Tia

Potato balls: mashed potatoes add an egg to the mixture, roll it into balls, dip into oil and bread crumbs. Bake till golden and crispy.
You can add pieces of cubed pastrami.

Most potato dishes don't taste good after being frozen.

Related to knish and kugel: the mashed potatoes eggs flour onion doughless knish 9 x 13.

I'm not sure if you'll find too many other potato recipes that freeze well. If you need a quick idea, I put sliced potatoes under roasting chicken.
