I know there's huge fluctuation, but I'm wondering what's considered "normal."
Specify what type of job (freelance, firm, in-house, ect) and years of experience, and where you live.

I have exclusively been freelancing now for about 4 years - before that I was in house at an agency - and now have a pricing sheet per job, or $75/hr for smaller projects. But I’ve been doing this for 10+ years. Took me awhile to get to this point! Love what I do though ❤️

I have 17 years experience.
I work from home a steady job about 40 hours a month and make $1500.
Here and there I'll take on an extra project and charge $45/hr. I could take on more work but don't want to right now.
