I have canned chickpeas, hearts of palm and baby corn in my pantry. Anyone have a recipe for a salad that includes those three ingredients.

Add halved grape tomatoes. A splash of red wine vinegar, olive oil, s&p. Maybe some avocado cubes.

Or just toss the 3 ingredients that you have with some tomato, and mix with olive oil s&p.
