Salad for a small family gathering

I want to make something simple but nice and tasty. Any suggestions besides for the usual green salad out of a bag?

Caesar salad- Google a recipe
Tam tam salad
Asian coleslaw

Tam tam salad recipe:


Asian coleslaw:
1 head cabbage shredded
1 bunch scallions
Peanuts
Sliced almonds
Sesame seeds
Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp peanut butter

Chickpea salad-
All color peppers sliced thinly into strip
Radishes sliced thinly
1 can chickpeas
Olive oil
Salt
Fresh garlic minced

Heart of Palm salad
1 can heart of Palm, sliced
1 avocado, diced
A few baby yellow and red tomato cut in half or quarters
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt

Kohlrabi salad (a take on Waldorf salad)
Kohlrabi, peeled and diced into cubes
Celery , pealed and sliced
Dressing - mayo, lemon juice, sweetner of choice, dash of salt
Mix
When ready to serve, mix in dry roasted salted cashews


Roasted mini peppers platter
Pre- heat oven to 450
Put mini peppers in a bowl and drizzle olive oil and salt.
Mix well
Spread the mini peppers on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roast in the oven
Serve on a platter
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze

Tapanad Dip
1 Can black olives
1 TBSP capers (optional)
2-3 cloves garlic
1-2 TBSP Mayo
In the food processor chop up the garlic finely
Drain the olives and capers
Chop in the food processor with the garlic
Add mayo and process as chunky or fine as you like

Red Cabbage Salad
Red cabbage shredded
Pomegranate seeds
Mix
In a jar
Equal parts balsamic vinegar and oil,
Sugar and salt to taste
Shake and pour over before serving
Garnish with slivered almonds

Chopped salad - tomatoes, cucumber and pickles

Purple Cabbage Salad: (@raizyscookin)
1.5 bags shredded red cabbage
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 orange pepper, diced
1/2 cup salted Sunflower seeds

CREAMY VINAIGRETTEĀ 
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegarĀ 
5 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
3 tsp. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Mustard
3 garlic cubes
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Black pepperĀ 
1/2 tsp. Salt


Creamy cucumber salad:

5 - 6 cucumbers, unpeeled and sliced
1/2 purple onion sliced in 1/2" rings
3 - 4 Israeli pickles in brine, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
4 Tbsp. Mayo
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Fresh dill chopped, or 1 Tbsp. Dry dill
1 tsp. Salt

Stays fresh for 2 days
