2-3 garlic cubes, mayonnaise and a bit of honey = honey garlic dip
2-3 dill cubes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar = dill dip (this one was in mishpacha a while back... I don't remember the exact proportions but shouldn't be hard to figure out)

Dill dip

2 frozen garlic cubes
2 frozen dill cubes
1 cup mayonnaise
A little sugar and lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Pesto
3 basil cubes to every 1 garlic cube (multiply to achieve desired quantity)

can add pine nuts and/or parmesan cheese

1/2 to 1 c. Mayo depending how much dressing/dip you want
If you're making it by hand, whip the mayo with a fork first, it makes it smoother when mixing in ingredients.
Add about 1 tsp lemon juice
A few shakes of salt
Any combination of cubes, approx 2 total cubes to each 1/2 c mayo, more if you like things very strong
Slowly add about a tablespoon of water at a time, thicker for dip, thinner for dressing

Some combos:
2x garlic plus a sprinkle of pepper
1 garlic + 1 basil
1 garlic + 1-2 dill
2x sauteed onion
