Child ate silicia "do not eat" balls

Anyone have any experience with this? Online it says it is not toxic just chokeable and BH the child is not choking.

Poison control told me it's fine they are not toxic and to give the child water.

Same, except the child didn't swallow it- the child put it in their mouth, then I saw it and had the child spit it out- and it was 10 years ago. Poison control said it was fine.
