I once had a sushi salad with rice, fake crab, avocado, I don't remember what else was in it. Do you have a recipe?

To me, sushi salad means it's mostly rice, whereas Kani salad is mostly Kani, possibly without any rice. It's all about proportions, though. Put in the amount you want and then call it whatever you like!

Sweet sauce and spicy mayo are the condiments served with sushi. You can buy them in bottles or make your own. Sweet sauce is a thick sweet soy sauce/teriyaki sauce. Spicy mayo is mayonnaise with a kick (splash of rice vinegar, pinch of sugar & salt, hot sauce like sriracha).
