I’m in my 20s and seeing an infections disease dr for a minor condition I have.. she recommended consistent exercise. While I’ve been dealing with the current matter I’ve fallen very out of shape (last 4 months or so) before that I was walking daily and occasionally doing yoga videos. Before I had kids I had a gym membership but I’ve never found a type of exercise that I truly loved. I’m thin but so out of shape. Any recommendations? Nothing to high impact... TIA

Or you can make a Beachbody on demand account and find the workouts you like. It’s about $20 a month.
I enjoy dancing it’s called cize, Or barre blend, incorporates ballet.

If walking and yoga works for you why not stick with that?

Is swimming an option? It's fun, low impact, and uses every muscle group.

It’s cold out now so I’m looking for other ideas. I like yoga in small doses..

I wishhhhhh I liked swimming for these reasons!! But I’ve hated swimming my entire life. I forced myself to become a lifeguard as a teenager cuz that’s what my friends were doing and I thought maybe id change my mind- but no. I take my kids to the pool every single day of the summer, I haven’t put a toe in the 6 years my sister has had a pool...

I don't know where you live. I'm in Monsey, and I walk everyday in this weather. The cold is very invigorating. Keeps me moving. I recommend trying it. Being cold is sometimes a mindset. Temperatures in the 20's or 30's is not a reason to stay locked up inside. The fresh air and outdoors is good for you for so many reasons. (I wish the kids would have outdoor recess so they could run around.). I wear a light jacket, and I warm up by walking briskly. But you could dress in the way most comfortable for you.

Anon cause I've said this to so many people. Many have thanked me, tried it and are hooked.
