Sorry, I don't have any fudgy ones. I'll be interested in the responses. I can give you a mocha cake recipe, though, if you'd like. But it's totally different.

There's a good fudgy brownie recipe in the spice and spirit cookbook. It's really a brownie with mint frosting. Do you have that cookbook?
It tastes good without the frosting (which I found to be a bit overkill) but it needs to be baked long enough but not too long and then it's really fudgy and moist.

I don't actually use this recipe, but my neighbor made it for me when I moved in, and I believe they were fudgy. And easy -- just bowl and spoon needed!
(I really hope they are fudgy...it's been a LONG time since I had them!)
3/4 C. cocoa
2/3 C + 4 TBSP. oil
Mix
Add in:
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
Add:
1.5 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes; cut into squares when still warm.
(Perhaps you can underbake a drop to make sure they are fudgier?)

I make these all the time and get lots of compliments, but they do require melting chocolate
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbs. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
combine the ingredients. In double broiler or microwave melt 8 oz. chocolate w. 1 C oil and add to mixture. Fold in 1 C of flour.
Bake at 350 for 40 min, a little less if you want it very fudgy

I second that. people ask me for my 'recipe' all the time. I spice things up by adding any of the following (depending on my mood)
marshmallow fluff
chocolate chips (or white ones)
walnuts
kaluha or godiva
1/2 c instant coffee w/ two teasp cinnamon
choc pudding mix (that I think is the thing that makes it "fudgiest")
the earlier you take em out the fudgier they are. also if you cook them in a deeper pan, rather than spreading the batter around a 9x12, they are more "raw" on the inside which translates to fudgy.
ive tried recipe after recipe, from the heimishe kitchen to kosher by design, to a recipe on the back of hersheys cocoa, spice and spirit, and honeslty, I think dunkin hines beats all these BY FAR

adding some extra sugar, or using drinking chocolate mix instead of plain cocoa makes it heavenly and fudgy.
