I would like to try the Milani baked blush, Elf Concealer and lipstick.
I am very pale with blue/pink undertones. If the makeup is off it looks like purim makeup.. I also like when the makeup is natural.

I think most drugstores now have the policy that you can return opened cosmetics. You can Google to see which ones.
But for blush, I'd recommend the lightest tones and peach might be better for you than pink. For concealer, you'll want to start with the lightest as well. I'm not familiar with elf concealer, but oftentimes the packaging or a brands website will tell you if it's for neutral, warm, or cool undertones.
For lipstick, pink nudes would look great with your coloring.
