I think most dairy restaurants in Surfside are Cholov Yisroel.
There's Cine Citta, Rustiko, Sushi & Tappas just to name a few

Cafe vert, 26, rustiko, cine citta, are the dairy ones on the harding strip. Plenty more further out like Cafe Noir, Fresko, lennys pizza, bubbys fish and chips, bagel time, etc
Serendipity and Miami beach chocolates are CY also but for a nice dessert

Be careful at Miami Beach chocolates, not everting there is cholov yisroel.

There’s one section of chocolates that’s not cholov yisroel. It clearly says there. And you can ask them there. They’ll show you.

I was there motzai Shabbos and didn't see any section label non chalav yisroel
