Imade this one on a fluke once and dh loved it, now it's a staple!
1 small bag red cabbage (bodek)
1 tarte apple, peeled, cored and cubed
1 sweeter apple, peeled, cored and cubed
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 dried cranberries
(you can add nuts if you'd like too)
dressing:
mayo (optional), mustard, honey, lemon juice, onion and garlic powder, salt+pepper, dash of cayenne
the apples, cabbage and dried fruit go real well with the sharpness of mustard!
