In Brooklyn
I want to take dh to a couples session, so it has to be someone he'll listen to (prob not a woman).
We're not that complicated. Easy case for anyone good.
He has all these childhood hangups that he takes out on me. I've done a lot of my own work in therapy and on my own but he hasn't.
We also just have a real personality / worldview mismatch that is affecting us practically (For ex he is super aggressive and then gets mad at me for being complacent) I can understand that it's personality etc etc but he blows it up into me not being serious about life blah blah.
Honestly I think he just needs to go into therapy on his own but he won't do that so I'm OK going with him.
Any personal suggestions?
