Hey! Any imas have any good recipes I could use with boneless rib eye in the oven? I know I should probably just do it on a grill pan, but I have no patience so trying my luck!

Grill pan is the easiest and quickest... just rub olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Grill 3-5 minutes per side.

Season with garlic, chili powder and salt. You can broil it for a few minutes per side.

Season with garlic, chili powder and salt. You can broil it in the oven for a few minutes per side.

I broil few minutes on each side in a disposable grill pan preferably, but sprinkle with a nice amount of kosher salt and pepper and leave it resting on counter an hour before, also make sure the steak is dry.
