My favorite cookies:
Preheat oven to 365
2 extra large eggs, beaten
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C cocoa powder
1- 1 1/2 oz oil
1 C ground almonds
1 t vanilla or vanilla sugar
1/4 t cinnamon
Mix eggs, sugar. Add other ingredients. Drop into cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 8 minutes. Remove promptly with spatula.
For frying, I like almond flour as is, but sometimes we add salt, garlic powder, a little onion powder, and dried parsley.

Pesach Crumbs
2 tsp extra light olive oil
1 3/4 cup ground almonds (1 six ounce package)
3/4 tsp kosher salt or 1/2 tsp table salt
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground almonds and salt. Toast for 2 minutes, stirring well.
You can add paprika, garlic powder and parsley too if you'd like.

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Recipe:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 spotty bananas
1 and 1/2 C almond flour
4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 - 1/2 C chocolate chips
*375, 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
