1. Good food and drinks
2. Dessert at every meal
3. Naps every day of Yom Tov
4. Reading material

1) not having to spend hours setting/cleaning up on yomtov itself (ie using disposables, prepping what I can in advance)

2) good food, especially desserts!

3) not feeling rushed through the meals, being able to enjoy conversation and divrei Torah
