Can you give some context to your question?

We refer to people as tzaddikim all the time.
When a tzaddik has passed on, we say zecher tzadik levrocha.

I assume because the rasha will be offended? By us we reserve that word for Haman, Antiochus, Obama...

A person can not be refered to as a tzadik while alive, because of achher? Maybe? Was that the person who became an apikores at 80?

And a rasha? How do we KNOW someone is a rasha?? Besides, he/she can always do tshuva, so calling anyone a rasha just makes no sense.

Me: but this person who got me angry today is for sure a rasha

My brain: didn't you just say you can't judge people? Banging head
