Surprised that no one mentioned Shuli Rand as someone in both camps.
What is also common is for secular singers to do duets with dati or charedi singer (Bein Kodesh lechol with amir dadon and shuli rand is my favorite in this genre)
Also most mizrahi (and even not mizrahi but not pop) secular singers put out religious songs. Shlomi Shabbat, Aidan Reichel, Omar Adam, Yair Golan, Sarit Hadad, amir benayon ect.
