My husband and I are going for the first time in a year and half. We are so excited, but due to work we will only be in the country for 10 days.
We will be traveling between Yerushalayim and the north and in between.
I want to here what your favorites are and if you only had a short time what are the things we MUST do?

Yerushalayim of course. After the kotel, neighborhoods like Shaarei Chesed, Nachlaot my favorite - Yemin Moshe. We stay in a tzimmer there and it is very nice. The Ashkenazi shul is basically an American shul with even the drasha in English.
There are also of course Kevrei tzaddikim - Dovid HaMelech, Shmuel HaNavi, Shimon Hatzaddik.
Then Kever Rochel and Maarat HaMachpela. I have done tours at the latter.
Do a yishuv spin, see some gorgeous scenery.
In the North there is Tzfat, Tiveria and the Golan. Also more keverei tzaddikim than anywhere else.
I'll add soon. We travel a lot.

I highly recommend Hoffman tours… They are professional and safe. Also, the sleepover in Laavi Hotel was great, the food was great. Just do it! Why schlep and get lost and be scared if they can do it all for you with speed and comfort!
