we don't need a minivan anymore, and we are looking to lease a new car. I want a smaller car that can squeeze into small parking spaces but would still like plenty of cargo room. Maybe a hatchback or small suv... and a reasonable monthly payment.

There is so much storage space in the trunk and it has an easily accessible spare tire.

We have an Equinox and Hyundai Accent. Both can seat 5 pretty comfortably with hatchback storage. The Euinox is bigger and more comfortable for the back seat.
