My daughter is coming from out of town to study at Touro Flatbush this coming year. She knows no one in the city and is looking to live in an apartment with some other girls. Do any girls do this and how would she find roommates?
She is already 22 and mature enough to take care of herself and does not want to live with 18-year-olds.

There are usually signs hanging in Touro about apartments or people looking for roommates etc

Try luach.com and the Jewish Press, and have someone hang up a sign for her in Touro and other big shuls in the area.

If she's confident she'll be fine. Most of the girls will be a little younger than her but there are plenty of mature 20 year olds. IY"H it should be with a lot of Hatzlocha!

Probably most girls in Touro are a little younger, but there are many OOT girls her age (or older) who move to Brooklyn to work and date.
