Hi,
Just want to warn all, this website has zero customer service, and you cannot make returns. They claim to accept returns for refund within five days, but do not answer the phone or emails to provide an RMA. WHen I googled this online, I found two other such complaints on facebook.

I ordered from them a while back and had a similar issue. It was extremely difficult to return. Their stuff was nice but I won't order again for that reason. They may have improved though since it's been a while.

I just did a return. Got the RMA the next day. But there is a restocking fee plus you have to pay for return shipping.

Just ordered. Anything on sale is final sale. Everything ran about 2 sizes too big, I was able to return one dress that was full price but with restocking fee and return shipping I lost a lot.. kind of annoying because they have some nice things. Seems to be in Canada

I ordered a lot of things. Their policy said I can’t return more than 4 items and up to $250. So I made sure my order met the requirements. I did end up sending almost everything back because it didn’t fit me… I had no issue returning it. I did it through their online returns portal.

I placed an order there Friday morning at 10 a.m. it's Wednesday now and it still was not shipped out.
I emailed them yesterday. No reply.
