You could get a lab grown diamond one that is half the price as reg one. I personally own one, did tons of research, and many jewelers told me that its impossible to see a difference as it is as real as the real thing.

I have narrow fingers (ring size 4) and have an all around diamond band. The jeweler told me to take a "U" setting for comfort which is what I did and I am very happy. Other settings make the diamonds look bigger but the U setting is most comfortable.

My husband had one made for me last year by my 30th birthday. He only wanted fully around and its stunning. (he custom made it and spent a lot in it) a relative had a very similar one made half around and it may be more practical but it really doesn't compare....

Idk about you, but I have sensory issues I would only get half around. If it's not something that bothers you, go ahead and get a full ring.

I never wanted any jewelry for birthdays or anniversaries but by my 10th anniversary I did request an eternity band. It goes all the way around and I LOVE it. At first it was uncomfortable but after a while I didn't realize its even on my finger. And no it does not scratch my babies, I have twins and I'm always taking care of at least 1, so I would know if it gets in the way.

I spoke to the diamond dealer
He said if can afford, do diamonds the whole way. You can make the setting lower if need be, if it’s getting in the way.
My engagement ring is tiny. I’ll be wearing this on the other hand

The person I got it from said do half and when you can afford it come back and do the other half. I respect that. Honestly, I prob wont do the other half even if I could afford it because why would I spend all that money on the back of my hand.
