My baby is outgrowing her doona and I need to buy her a regular car seat. I'm not looking to spend a lot. I just want to make sure that the one I'm buying is comfortable for her and can last until she's older. Can you recommend anything?

You want a convertible car seats. Gracos are a good budget friendly brand- they have many models that will last through the booster stage for a reasonable price. We have a slim fit, but most of their 3 or 4 in 1 models have great reviews.

We can’t really suggest anything without knowing height, weight, car model, and who the other car passengers are.
Cosco is the cheapest

Cosco is cheapest short term but be aware it doesn’t last as long since they max out before booster stage- you then also get a cheap booster after.
