I am willing to spend.
It's for a baby and a toddler iy'H.

I would like to have a stroller that the kids are secure and comfortable in.
It should wheel well.

(An extra bonus if it can be cleaned in the machine...!)

Mountain buggy.

Narrowest one out there and a great strong buggy too. I've cleaned the seat inserts in the machine, not sure about the hood.

Okay, depending on what and how you will be using it will depend on what's best for you.
If you are walking most of the time and don't have a car, the mountain buggy duet is probably the best. It pushes really nicely and is as narrow as a single. However it is heavy when lifting in and out of the car (you don't feel it when pushing only when lifting), and it isn't much smaller when folded.
City mini is wider than the mountain buggy but is lighter and folds much smaller.
I like the look of the city tour as it's as narrow as the mountain buggy but folds small. Not sure though how well it pushes as it has small wheels.

Depends on your needs.

I have the Valco. Nice push. Not as narrow as Mt buggy but fits through all ADA (Us handicapped accessibility requirements) doors. And is an easy fold without a super large foot print in the trunk.

Another vote for mountain buggy. The bugaboo donkey is also great but is quite large. The fabric of the buffalo both the seat and hoods are machine washable. Very comfortable.

I have a bugaboo donkey (bought it used and then got new canopies and leather handle covers to freshen it up.) it pushes really well. What I really like about it is that it’s a single to double and in single mode when though it doesn’t look like it, it’s actually narrower than the uppa baby. And I think it’s the narrowest double with modular side by side seating where you can change each seat in either direction. I love that about it.

Another vote for valco. I don’t use it so often but it’s four years old and I love it!
