Yom Kippur is a one day, Yom Tov fast day. Though it is a Yom Tov the halachos are like on Shabbos, unlike Sukkos and Pesach.

Good answer. I had in mind - apple: one of the simanim eaten on Rosh Hashana. The other two aren't R"H simanim, afaik.
Actually one can eat the peel of an orange, not raw, but used in cakes like lemon rind, or pieces coated in chocolate. In Israel, or Jaffa oranges in chu'l, need to check peel for tiny bugs. I've found some.UGH!

Haifa - 3rd largest city in Eretz Yisrael.
Rechasim and Kiryat Tivon are towns in Haifa.

I liked Dankbar's answer. I want to offer an additional one - I think perhaps Purim is the exception, because on both Hoshana Rabba and on Shavuos one learns Torah all night.
